Ordered a custom dual lens range hood filter. Due to the odd size, Air Filter Factory called me to confirm that the size was in fact correct, which it was. The filter came a few days later and turned out to be slightly incorrect (single lens instead of dual). I called to let them know and they quickly realized the mistake, made a new one and promptly shipped it out at no cost to me - allowing me to retain the incorrect one. Very happy with the response to the issue. Clearly they put customer service above all. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

I ordered replacement knobs for my Maytag stove. Their price was very competitive, and shipping was amazingly quick. The knobs are exactly like the original ones. I would definitely do business with them again!

I just received my order from the Air Filter Factory and I am extremely pleased. They are better than the factory filters that are now 17 years old. I wasn't sure that I would be able to find a replacement, but they had the exact ones for my GE range hood. I had searched the Internet, but the Air Filter Factory was the only company that I could find with an exact replacement. I just received my order today, sooner than I expected. I would highly recommend the Air Filter Factory to anyone wishing to replace range hood filters.

Great service! I originally called the manufacturer of my hood (Rangaire) and they gave me the phone number of a crook in Colorado. Thankfully after that bad experience I found Air Filter Factory online. There was a mistake on the first order they sent me and they owned it and fixed it right away. Quality of the product seems pretty good (better than that of the crook in Colorado). They have earned a customer.

Ordered a part for my heater from Shawn.Because it was important due the overnight cold I asked for options for expedited shipping, Shawn checked all options and gave estimated prices of each. After my selection was made he called to let me know the exact price prior to finalizing the shipment. The part arrived the next day when we expected it to take at least 2 days. I ordered microwave charcoal filter for new GE microwave JVM3160SS on a Walmart site. Came in a pack of 2 much cheaper than buying just one from GE and had free shipping. Great deal and fast delivery, however, height of filter seemed 1/8 inch too high which made a very tight fit because installation is to slide in on an angle and then swivel down vertically into slots and I had to force it down vertically with screwdriver and pliers on front frame. Height dimensions are same size as opening making it very difficult to swivel into place.

I spoke with customer care about a filter i needed for a furnace. I was unsure I give this company all my info about my furnace, and they told me the sizes i would need. I purchased these filters because they assured me they would fit. When I received them in the mail i tried putting them in.... however to my surprise they were in fact the wrong size. I called their customer service number once again and they said to send them back i would need to pay for shipping even through i felt it was their fault. I would make sure if you order from this company do not trust them and do your research.

Ordered a refrigerator door seal for a 30+ year old GE. The part had been discontinued for quite some time, but I thought I'd try for a "Hail Mary." The part arrived 2 days after I ordered it but did not fit; they took it back, no questions asked, and refunded my money. Great customer service even though it didn't work out the way I wanted.

I live in Alaska and we always have to look out for companies taking advantage of tacking on high shipping prices, when there are reasonable options out there. I ordered a package of 3 Whirlpool Microwave Combo Filters from Air Filter Factory because they were the best priced and did not charge shipping over $19.97. (mine was $22). Even if I hadn't gone over 19.97 their shipping rates are very reasonable. Everywhere else had higher prices much higher shipping! Plus I received them in less than a week!! Thanks again!
