HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED

We ship using the United States Post Office. Any order under $20.00 will ship First Class Mail for a flat rate of $3.95. All orders over $20.00 will ship for free via First Class Mail. There are additional shipping options available at an additional cost.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

All orders are processed and shipped within one business day (weekends and holidays excluded).

ARE ALL FILTERS IN STOCK

Most of the filters we offer are stock items and will ship in one business day. Some filters are made to order and require additional processing and manufacturing time. All orders are sent an email confirmation and receipt, if additional time is needed to make the filter your confirmation will provide a shipping date.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE

Yes, all orders unless special custom filters are provided with tracking information to the email you provide.

HOW DO I CREATE AND ACCOUNT

An account is created at the time of check out. Your account is to keep track of past orders, it does not provide shipping updates. For shipping updates please refer to the email that was sent to you. If the email can not be located please reach out to us and we will provide it.

CAN I RETURN MY FILTER

Orders can be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our "Return Policy" page for details on how to initiate your return. 

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM MADE FILTER

Custom filters are made to order and are non refundable. Please double check your packing slip to find out if your filter was made to order. If the listing is not clear please contact us for clarification.

As a small family business from Northern Ohio it gives us great pleasure to say all products we manufacture and sell are proudly made in the USA!
